According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, HCVAC (301392.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shenzhen Nanshan Jiaqiao Excellent Intelligent Equipment Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Nanshan Jiaqiao") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 3 million shares (accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement (from August 7, 2025, to November 6, 2025)
