Among the constituent stocks, Q32 Bio had the largest increase, closing up 33.65%; Summit Therapeutics Plc. rose 16.32%; Iovance Biotherapeutics increased by 15.21%. IGM Biosciences fell 5.19%, Grail dropped 5.37%, and Prime Medicine decreased by 5.83%

Component stock Q32 Bio rose by 33.65%, Summit Therapeutics Plc. increased by 16.32%, and Iovance Biotherapeutics rose by 15.21%, ranking third. IGM Biosciences fell by 5.19%, ranking third from the bottom, Grail dropped by 5.37%, and Prime Medicine decreased by 5.83%
