# July 17th Midday Review: The ChiNext Index rose 1.13% in half a day, AI hardware stocks surged again

The market experienced fluctuations in the morning, with the Shanghai Composite Index maintaining narrow oscillations, while the ChiNext Index rose over 1%. AI hardware stocks surged again, with CPO, PCB, and other sectors leading the gains, as stocks like Mankun Technology, Dongshan Precision, and Cambridge Technology hit the daily limit. The innovative drug concept continued to strengthen, with WECOME, Thalys, and ALK also hitting the daily limit. Robotics concept stocks were actively trading, with companies like Zhongwei New Materials, Zhongdali De, and Nanjing Julong hitting the limit. On the downside, real estate stocks underwent fluctuations and adjustments, with Shibei Hi-Tech falling over 9%. More stocks rose than fell, with about 2,900 stocks in the Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Beijing markets in the green, and a total transaction volume of 910.8 billion in the morning session.
