# Huangtai Wine: The controlling shareholder's increase plan has passed the halfway mark

Huangtai Wine announced that the time for the shareholding increase plan by its controlling shareholder, Gansu Shengda Group Co., Ltd., has passed the halfway mark. As of the announcement date, Gansu Shengda has not increased its shareholding due to the comprehensive factors such as the company's 2024 annual report window period and its own overall arrangements. Gansu Shengda will continue to increase its shareholding in accordance with the relevant increase plan during the implementation period. The total amount of shares to be increased in this plan is not less than RMB 60 million and not more than RMB 120 million, with funding sourced from its own funds. The implementation period for the increase plan is within 6 months from the date of the announcement
