# JZYY plans to invest 40 million yuan in the China Resources Pharmaceutical Industry Investment Fund Phase II

According to the announcement from JZYY (600750.SH), the company plans to establish the Huaren Pharmaceutical (Chengdu) Innovation Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name) in collaboration with general partner China Resources Pharmaceutical (Chengdu) Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name) and other limited partners including China Resources Pharmaceutical Investment Co., Ltd., China Resources Boya Biopharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., Dong'e Ejiao Co., Ltd., China Resources Double Crane Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Chengdu Run Pharmaceutical Industry Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name), among others. The fund will have a scale of 1 billion yuan, with Shenzhen China Resources Capital Equity Investment Co., Ltd. serving as the fund manager. The company, as a limited partner, will contribute a total of 40 million yuan from its own funds, holding a 4% share of the fund's assets.

The fund will primarily engage in equity investments in enterprises related to the pharmaceutical industry, as permitted by applicable laws and business scope, as well as convertible bond investments aimed at achieving equity investment (the amount of convertible bond investment shall not exceed 20% of the fund's paid-in scale), in order to achieve capital gains
