# JUMPCAN: Cao Fei's tender offer period expires, stock suspended on July 18

According to the announcement from JUMPCAN (600566.SH) on June 16, 2025, Mr. Cao Fei issued a comprehensive offer to all shareholders of JUMPCAN holding unrestricted circulating shares, excluding Mr. Cao Longxiang, Jiangsu Jichuan Holding Group Co., Ltd., and Tibet Jichuan Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. The number of shares to be acquired in this offer is 351 million shares, accounting for 38.06% of the company's total share capital. The offer price is 24.85 yuan/share (given that the company's 2024 annual profit distribution plan has been completed, the offer price has been adjusted from 26.93 yuan/share to 24.85 yuan/share). The offer period is from June 18, 2025, to July 17, 2025.

As of July 17, 2025, the offer period will expire. Due to the need to further confirm the results of the offer, in accordance with the relevant regulations such as the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," the company's stock will be suspended for one trading day on July 18, 2025 (Friday) upon application, and will resume trading on the day the offer results are announced
