# ZHONGGAN COMM: Zhang Senquan has been appointed as the joint company secretary

According to the announcement from ZHONGGAN COMM (02545), Ms. Huang Hui'er has resigned as (i) Co-Company Secretary; (ii) Company Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and (iii) Company Authorized Representative for accepting service of legal documents and notices in Hong Kong as stipulated in Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules, effective from July 17, 2025.

Following Ms. Huang's resignation, Mr. Zhang Senquan has been appointed as Co-Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Agent for Legal Documents, effective from July 17, 2025
