# CHIHO ENV appointed Ju Qinghao as executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHIHO ENV (00976) announced that Mr. Yao Jietian has resigned as executive director, effective from July 17, 2025. He will no longer serve as a member of the company's Executive Committee, Strategy and Investment Committee, and Pricing Committee to devote more time to other personal and business commitments.

On the same day, Mr. Ju Qinghao has been appointed as executive director and as a member of the Executive Committee, Strategy and Investment Committee, and Pricing Committee
