# TKD: Change of Limited Partners

TKD announced that there has been a change in the limited partner of the partnership in which the company is participating in the investment. Shenzhen Yilian Wuxian Technology Co., Ltd. has transferred its 2.7518% equity interest in Feilingnan to Mr. Chen Zheng for a price of RMB 1.5 million, and the other partners have waived their right of first refusal. TKD has subscribed to a capital contribution of RMB 10 million, accounting for 18.3453% of the total subscribed capital of the partnership. This change will not affect the company's share, proportion, or the rights and obligations it enjoys in the partnership, nor will it affect the investment direction of the partnership, and will not have a significant impact on the company
