# S-king plans to grant 1.23 million restricted stocks at a grant price of 11.5 yuan per share

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, S-king (688328.SH) has disclosed the draft of the 2025 restricted stock incentive plan, in which the company plans to grant 1.23 million shares of restricted stock to 15 incentive recipients at a grant price of 11.50 yuan per share.

The validity period of this incentive plan is from the date of granting the restricted stock to the date when all the restricted stocks granted to the incentive recipients have fully vested or become invalid, not exceeding 36 months
