# StarPower Semiconductor shareholders and executives plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1.12%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, StarPower Semiconductor (603290.SH) announced that Xingdeli plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.3947 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for no more than 1% of the company's total share capital; the company's deputy general manager Dai Zhizhan plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 200,000 shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for no more than 0.08% of the company's total share capital; the company's deputy general manager TANG YI plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 100,000 shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for no more than 0.04% of the company's total share capital
