According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JDDTECH (301538.SZ) announced that its shareholder Xinyu Bohai holds 5.0897 million shares of the company, accounting for 6.49% of the total share capital. It plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 784,000 shares (not exceeding 1% of the total share capital) through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date (from August 8, 2025, to November 7, 2025)
