# Discovery Dream Science & Technology: Shareholder Vision Development intends to transfer 5% of its shares to Zhiyuan Capital at a price of 44.14 yuan per share

On the evening of July 17, Discovery Dream Science & Technology announced that its shareholder, Guanshang Development, intends to transfer 4 million shares of the company to Zhiyuan Capital through a negotiated transfer, with a transfer price of 44.14 yuan per share, totaling 176.56 million yuan. After the completion of this transfer, Zhiyuan Capital will become a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company. This share transfer will not result in a change of the actual controller or the controlling shareholder of the company, nor will it adversely affect the company's governance structure and ongoing operations
