Wensli announced on the evening of July 17 that the number of shares issued to specific targets is 46.0829 million shares, with an issue price of 13.02 yuan per share. The total amount of funds raised from the issuance is approximately 600 million yuan, with a net amount of 585 million yuan. A total of 17 specific targets participated in this issuance, with Silk String Investment, Caitong Fund Management Co., Ltd., and Nord Fund Management Co., Ltd. receiving allocations of 20 million yuan, 97.2001 million yuan, and 76.80 million yuan, respectively. The shares subscribed by Silk String Investment in this issuance to specific targets cannot be transferred within 18 months from the end of this issuance; the shares subscribed by other specific targets cannot be transferred within 6 months from the end of this issuance
