# Quechen Company plans to invest 900 million yuan to construct a comprehensive utilization project for biomass (rice husk) silica and a thickening agent project

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Quechen Company (605183.SH) announced that it plans to invest in the construction of a "100,000-ton (Phase I: 50,000 tons) biomass (rice husk) silica comprehensive utilization project" and a "30,200-ton pine thickener project" in the coastal industrial park of Jiangsu Binhai Economic Development Zone, with a total estimated investment of 900 million RMB.

Among them, the "100,000-ton (Phase I: 50,000 tons) biomass (rice husk) silica comprehensive utilization project" is expected to invest 700 million RMB, while the "30,200-ton pine thickener project" is expected to invest 200 million RMB. The construction periods for the projects are 24 months and 18 months, respectively
