According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Changxia Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd. was established, with a business scope that includes: wind power generation technology services; solar power generation technology services; research and development of emerging energy technologies; thermal production and supply, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by Kaifeng Hechang New Energy Co., Ltd., which is held 51% and 49% by Qixian Ruigu New Energy Co., Ltd. and CTGR, respectively
