According to the Zhitong Finance APP, STS (603322.SH) disclosed the draft of the 2025 stock option incentive plan, proposing to grant 11 million stock options to the incentive recipients, accounting for approximately 6.98% of the company's total equity on the announcement date of the incentive plan draft. This incentive plan is a one-time grant with no reserved rights. The proposed incentive recipients are 49 individuals, with an exercise price of 30.94 yuan per share
