According to the Zhitong Finance APP, UP OPTOTECH (002338.SZ) announced that its controlling shareholder, the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.4 million shares (not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital) through centralized bidding within 90 days after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
