# The actual controller of HYTY, Zhong Zhengguang, and the concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 11.9209 million shares

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HYTY (300891.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman Zhong Zhengguang, along with the concerted party American Wanbang Co., Ltd. (referred to as "American Wanbang"), plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 11.9209 million shares (accounting for 2.9802% of the company's total share capital, and 3.0000% of the company's total share capital excluding shares in the repurchase special account) through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
