# YLYT: Received the decision letter on administrative regulatory measures

YLYT announced that the company and relevant personnel recently received a decision from the Beijing Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the administrative regulatory measures to order corrections for Beijing YLYT Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., Sun Zhen, and Bian Yuchen. The decision stated that a current sales employee of the company is suspected of fabricating sales business by forging the company's client seal, sales contracts, and other means, involving sales revenue for the first quarters of 2023, 2024, and 2025, which may involve corrections to related financial statement items such as revenue and profit. The company and relevant personnel will strictly comply with the requirements of the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau, actively rectify the issues, and submit a written rectification report as soon as possible
