# Sinopep's stock has been subjected to other risk warnings and will be suspended for trading for 1 day on July 21

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Sinopep (688076.SH) has released a notice stating that the company received the "Advance Notice of Administrative Penalty" (Penalty Document \[2025\] No. 59) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on July 18, 2025. Based on the contents specified in the "Advance Notice," and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Science and Technology Innovation Board Stock Listing Rules (Revised in April 2025)," the company's stock will be subject to other risk warnings. After implementation, the A-share abbreviation will be ST Sinopep, and the expanded A-share abbreviation will be ST Sinopep Biotech. The company's stock will be suspended for one day on July 21, 2025, and will resume trading on July 22, 2025, with other risk warnings implemented from the date of resumption
