# Two shareholders of SNC Net plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2.5%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SNC Net (605398.SH) announced that its shareholder Shanghai Senxiao plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding and block trading, with a total reduction of no more than 2.440745 million shares, accounting for no more than 1.50% of the company's total share capital.

Another shareholder, Cheng Yongxin, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding and block trading, with a total reduction of no more than 1.627163 million shares, accounting for no more than 1.00% of the company's total share capital
