# Zhongheng Group: Has repurchased 99.5909 million shares, with a total amount of funds used of 249 million yuan

On the evening of July 18, Zhongheng Group announced that the company has approved the use of its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase its issued ordinary shares at a price not exceeding RMB 3.8 per share, for the purpose of cancellation and reduction of the company's registered capital. The total amount of funds for the repurchase will be no less than RMB 300 million and no more than RMB 500 million. The repurchase period will not exceed 6 months from the date of the shareholders' meeting held on February 26, 2025, which approves the repurchase plan. As of July 17, 2025, the company has cumulatively repurchased 99.5909 million shares, accounting for 3.0058% of the company's total share capital, with the highest transaction price being RMB 2.71 per share and the lowest price being RMB 2.30 per share, totaling RMB 249 million in funds used
