According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, WAZAM (603186.SH) stated that the chairman of the supervisory board, Tang Xinqiang, and the vice president and chief financial officer, Yu Gao, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares due to personal funding needs. They intend to sell no more than 114,600 shares and 10,300 shares, respectively, within three months after the announcement of this reduction plan, starting fifteen trading days from the disclosure date, with both reductions not exceeding 25% of their respective holdings.
