According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Rundu Pharma (002923.SZ) announced that Li Xi plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 10.0468 million shares, or no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the announcement date of this reduction plan (from August 11, 2025, to November 10, 2025)
