# The actual controller of Jinma Rides and others plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 4.83% of the shares

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Jinma Rides (300756.SZ) recently received a "Notice of Securities Trading Plan" issued by Mr. Deng Zhiyi, the controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman; Mr. Li Yong, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, director, and deputy general manager; Mr. Lin Zezhao, deputy general manager; and Mr. Gao Qingbin, director and general manager. Due to personal funding needs, the aforementioned shareholders plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 4.83% of the company's shares within three months after the disclosure of the reduction plan, starting from 15 trading days after the announcement (no reduction during the window period) through centralized bidding and block trading
