According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, GOPRO (300632.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Ms. Lin Ruimei, plans to reduce her holdings in the company by a total of no more than 8.4749 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, accounting for 3% of the company's total share capital (calculated based on the existing total share capital of the company after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special securities account)
