# JUMPCAN disclosed the results of Cao Fei's tender offer and will resume trading tomorrow

According to the announcement from JUMPCAN (600566.SH), during the offer period for the acquisition by Cao Fei, the total number of shareholder accounts that accepted the offer was 34, with a total of 16,300 shares accepted, accounting for 0.0018% of the company's current total shares. Cao Fei will purchase the aforementioned shares according to the terms of the offer. After the completion of the acquisition, Cao Fei will directly and indirectly control 56.07% of the company's shares, and Cao Fei and his concerted actor Cao Longxiang will jointly control 61.15% of the company's shares. After the completion of this acquisition, the company's equity distribution will still meet the listing conditions, and its listing status will not be affected. The company's stock will resume trading on July 21
