According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Hengtong Logistics (603223.SH) announced that shareholder Liu Zhendong plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 21.4256 million shares, which does not exceed 3% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, provided that it complies with legal and regulatory requirements
