> MEILAN AIRPORT rose more than 8% in early trading, and as of the time of writing, it has increased by 7.22%, trading at HKD 11.58, with a transaction volume of HKD 58.636 million. On the news front, on June 27, Hainan Airport announced the proposal for the acquisition of the controlling stake in Hainan Meilan International Airport Co., Ltd. and related transactions, which was passed with a high vote, marking the achievement of another effective condition for Hainan Airport's acquisition of the controlling stake in Meilan Airport. After the completion of this transaction, Meilan Airport will become a controlled subsidiary within the consolidated financial statements of Hainan Airport, further expanding the revenue and asset scale of Hainan Airport. Guoyuan International pointed out that with the smooth resolution of the Meilan Airport arbitration case, as well as positive factors such as the Hainan Free Trade Port achieving closure operations by the end of 2025, the increase in slots at Haikou Meilan International Airport, and route optimization, Haikou Meilan International Airport will further play an important role as a regional hub airport, and it is expected that the operating conditions of Meilan Airport will gradually improve

In terms of news, on June 27, Hainan Airport announced the proposal for the acquisition of controlling shares of Hainan Meilan International Airport Co., Ltd. and related transactions, which was passed with a high vote, marking the achievement of another effective condition for Hainan Airport's acquisition of controlling shares in Meilan Airport.
