According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Yangzhou Yushi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Chen An as the legal representative and a registered capital of 20 million yuan. The business scope includes: research and development of intelligent robots; research and development of emerging energy technologies; sales of charging piles; centralized fast charging stations; manufacturing of integrated circuit chips and products, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly held by Jiangsu Dingxing Power Equipment Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Yushi Technology Co., Ltd. under CTFO
