# CRE: Zhang Haihang resigns as General Manager and other positions in the company

On July 21, CRE announced that the company's board of directors received the resignation letter from the company's director and general manager Zhang Haihang on July 18, 2025. Zhang Haihang applied to resign from the positions of director, member of the strategic committee, member of the nomination committee, and general manager due to work adjustments. After resigning, he will no longer hold any position in the company, and the resignation application became effective on July 18, 2025. The company's board of directors held the 43rd meeting of the 8th board on July 21, 2025, and approved the proposal regarding the deputy general manager acting as the general manager's responsibilities. Before the board appoints a new general manager, the company's deputy general manager Lü Jiebing will act as the general manager
