AVIC High-Tech Co., Ltd. announced on July 22 that its controlling shareholder, Aviation Industry Corporation of China, will transfer 9,652,588 shares it holds to China Electronics Technology Group Corporation without compensation. The relevant share transfer registration was completed on July 21. After the transfer, Aviation Industry Corporation of China remains the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, holding 620,989,525 shares; China Electronics Technology Group Corporation holds 9,652,588 shares. This transfer does not affect the company's normal production and operations
