# TGC: Received the "Decision on Non-Prohibition of Antitrust Review of Operator Concentration" from the State Administration for Market Regulation

TGC announced that the company, together with Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company, has jointly invested 600 million yuan to establish Jiangsu Tongfei Technology Co., Ltd. The registered capital of the joint venture is 600 million yuan, with TGC committing 339 million yuan, accounting for 56.5% of the registered capital; and Yangtze Optical Fibre committing 261 million yuan, accounting for 43.5% of the registered capital. Recently, the company received the "Decision on Non-Prohibition of Antitrust Review of Concentration of Operators" from the State Administration for Market Regulation, deciding not to prohibit the establishment of the joint venture between Jiangsu Tongguang Electronic Cable Co., Ltd. and Yangtze Optical Fibre and Cable Joint Stock Limited Company, allowing the company to implement the concentration from today
