# NANJING SHENGHANG SHIPPING: The total transaction price for the sale of equity in the joint venture is 184 million yuan

NANJING SHENGHANG SHIPPING announced that in order to further optimize its asset structure, the company plans to transfer its 48.55% equity stake in the joint venture Jiangsu Andefu Energy Technology Co., Ltd. to Jiangsu Tianyan Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Yuejia Technology Co., Ltd., and Yiyang Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. According to the assessment, the market value of the 48.55% equity stake in Andefu Energy Technology is 211 million yuan. After deducting the cash dividend of 27.141 million yuan from Andefu Energy Technology to the company, the total transaction price for the equity transfer has been determined through negotiation among the parties involved to be 184 million yuan. After the transaction is completed, NANJING SHENGHANG SHIPPING will no longer hold any equity in Andefu Energy Technology and its subsidiaries
