# YUELING: Jiesijin Materials has completed the acquisition of 24.5606% of the shares

YUELING announced that shareholders Lin Xianming, Lin Wanqing, Lin Xinfu, Lin Shenmao, Lin Ping, and Lin Bin have agreed to transfer a total of 62.875 million shares to Beijing Jieshi Jincai Technology Co., Ltd. Upon completion of this transfer, Jieshi Jincai will become the largest shareholder of YUELING, holding a 24.5606% stake. The original controlling shareholder, the Lin family, will see their shareholding ratio decrease to 17.0797% and has agreed to waive part of their voting rights. The actual controller will change from the Lin family to Wang Guanran. This share transfer has obtained the "Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation" issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited
