# TOPSCORE FASHION: Visions plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, TOPSCORE FASHION (603608.SH) announced that due to the operational development and funding needs of its shareholder Visions Holding (HK) Limited (referred to as "Visions"), it plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding trading within three months after the disclosure of this reduction plan, starting from 15 trading days after the announcement (i.e., the reduction period is from August 12, 2025, to November 11, 2025), with a maximum reduction of no more than 4.197 million shares, and the total number of shares reduced within any consecutive 90 days shall not exceed 1% of the total shares of the company
