According to the Zhitong Finance APP, \*ST SITONG (603838.SH) disclosed its semi-annual report for 2025, reporting revenue of 174 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 75.88%; a net loss attributable to shareholders of 16.2 million yuan; a net loss excluding non-recurring items of 21.33 million yuan; and basic earnings per share of -0.0506 yuan.

During the reporting period, the company added a new controlling subsidiary, Dalian Yiwei New Materials Co., Ltd., which led to an increase in operating revenue
