# HAILUN PIANO: Plans to continue the suspension of trading for no more than 3 trading days

HAILUN PIANO announced that on July 17, 2025, it received a notice from its controlling shareholder and actual controller regarding the planning of a change in the company's control. Currently, no formal transaction agreements have been signed by the parties involved, and discussions and consultations regarding specific transaction plans and agreements are ongoing. Due to the uncertainty of the matter, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting July 18, 2025, with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days. As of the date of this announcement, the relevant parties are actively advancing all aspects of this transaction, and it is anticipated that the stock will not resume trading on the morning of July 22, 2025. Following the company's application to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the stock will continue to be suspended from trading starting the morning of July 22, 2025, with the suspension expected to last no more than 3 trading days
