# EBEM's financial officer, Xiao Zhiren, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 101,000 shares of the company

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, EBEM (603002.SH) announced that the financial officer, Xiao Zhiren, plans to reduce his holdings of the company's shares by no more than 101,000 shares through centralized bidding trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement (the window period will not reduce holdings), with the total number of shares to be reduced not exceeding 25% of his total holdings in the company
