# PJRC plans to increase its investment in New Energy Panzhou Company by 144 million yuan

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Panjiang Co., Ltd. (600395.SH) announced that Panjiang New Energy Power Generation (Panzhou) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "New Energy Panzhou Company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. After being reviewed and approved by the sixth extraordinary meeting of the seventh board of directors in 2025, the New Energy Panzhou Company will invest in the construction of the Panzhou City Luoxi River Wind Farm project, with a construction scale of 120MW and a total investment of 721 million yuan. In order to meet the project construction needs, and in accordance with the requirement of not less than 20% of the project capital, the company plans to increase its investment in the New Energy Panzhou Company by 144 million yuan
