# JINGFENG PHARMACEUTI: Selling subsidiary equity, transfer price is 142,500 yuan

JINGFENG PHARMACEUTI announced that the company intends to transfer 51% equity of Jiangxi Yanhua Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. held by its subsidiary Shanghai JINGFENG Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to Jiangxi Shaoyang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for a price of RMB 142,500. After the completion of this transaction, Jiangxi Yanhua will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. The operating income of the transaction target for the year 2024 is expected to be RMB 43.5759 million, accounting for 10.47% of the company's audited operating income for the most recent fiscal year
