# Delian Group plans to launch an employee stock ownership plan for 2025

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Delian Group (002666.SZ) has released the draft of its employee stock ownership plan for 2025, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 19.843460 million yuan. The subscription unit is set as "shares," with each share priced at 1 yuan. The upper limit for the number of shares in this employee stock ownership plan is 19.843460 million shares, and the final fundraising amount will be based on the actual total raised. The shares for the plan will come from the company's repurchased shares held in a dedicated securities account, totaling no more than 7.6321 million shares, which accounts for 0.97% of the company's current total equity. The price for the company to transfer the repurchased shares is 2.60 yuan per share.

The duration of this employee stock ownership plan is 60 months, starting from the date the draft of the employee stock ownership plan is approved by the company's shareholders' meeting and the company announces the transfer of the last batch of target stocks to the name of this employee stock ownership plan
