According to the announcement from Galaxy Electronics (002519.SZ), its wholly-owned subsidiary Hefei Tongzhi Electromechanical Control Technology Co., Ltd. ("Tongzhi Electromechanical") recently received a "Prosecution" delivered by a certain court from a certain procuratorate, filing a criminal lawsuit against Tongzhi Electromechanical's former legal representative Zhang Hong and the company for suspected unit bribery
