# Meineng Energy's actual controller proposed that the company distribute 1.5 yuan for every 10 shares in the first half of 2025

According to the announcement from Meineng Energy (001299.SZ), the company recently received a proposal from its actual controller and chairman, Mr. Yan Liqun, regarding the implementation of a cash dividend for the first half of 2025 by Shaanxi Meineng Clean Energy Group Co., Ltd.: Based on the total share capital after deducting the repurchased shares in the repurchase account on the equity registration date when the company implements the distribution plan in the future, a cash dividend of RMB 1.5 (tax included) will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares, with no bonus shares issued and no capital reserve fund converted into share capital
