# NAR terminates the acquisition of control over Lanwei Electronics

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NAR (002825.SZ) announced that in January 2025, the company signed an "Investment Intent Agreement" with Jiangxi Lanwei Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lanwei Electronics"), Peng Shuyiao, and Wang Youren. The company intends to acquire a portion of the equity of Lanwei Electronics and increase its capital, aiming to hold no less than 51% of the equity of Lanwei Electronics and gain control over it.

After the signing of the "Investment Intent Agreement," the company hired an intermediary to conduct due diligence on Lanwei Electronics and negotiated with relevant parties regarding this investment matter, but failed to reach a final consensus on the investment. The agreement automatically terminated on July 20, 2025
