# BANGJIE: The actual controller of the company has changed from Tao Jianwei to Huang Rongyao

BANGJIE announced that Tao Jianwei, Suzhou Qingsong, and Shanghai Qishuo obtained the "Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation" issued by the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited on July 21, 2025, with the transfer date being July 18, 2025. Tao Jianwei and Suzhou Qingsong collectively transferred 23.1 million shares of the company to Shanghai Qishuo through a negotiated transfer, accounting for 5.03% of the total share capital of the listed company and 5.14% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the repurchase special account. At the same time, Tao Jianwei and his concerted actor Tao Shiqing entrusted the voting rights corresponding to their 68.488 million shares to Shanghai Qishuo for exercise. After the completion of the share transfer, Shanghai Qishuo will hold 19.94% of the company's voting rights, accounting for 20.36% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the repurchase special account, achieving control over the company. The controlling shareholder of the company will change from Tao Jianwei to Shanghai Qishuo, and the actual controller will change from Tao Jianwei to Huang Rongyao
