XI'AN TRIANGLE DEFENSE announced that its shareholder, Xi'an Penghui Enterprise Image Planning Partnership, holding more than 5% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 8.1 million shares, which is no more than 1.4793% of the company's total share capital, within three months after the announcement date and 15 trading days thereafter, through centralized bidding and/or block trading. The reason for the reduction is funding needs, and the reduction price will be determined based on market prices and trading methods. The implementation of this reduction plan is subject to uncertainty and will not have a significant impact on the company's governance structure, equity structure, and future ongoing operations
