According to the Tianyancha App, recently, the Zhongxin Luxin Smart Investment Development Partnership was established, with the executive partner being Shandong High-tech Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and Beijing Guohu Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. The investment amount is 200 million RMB, and the business scope includes engaging in investment activities with its own funds, private equity fund management, and venture capital fund management services, jointly funded by China Electrical Equipment Group Co., Ltd., Yellow River Basin Development Industry Investment Fund Partnership, LUXIN, and others
