After leaving, Yu Qingrui will continue to serve as deputy general manager at the company's holding subsidiary, Great Wall Electric Tianshui Electric Group Co., Ltd., and there are no outstanding public commitments. As of the announcement date, Yu Qingrui holds 5,000 shares of the company, and he will strictly manage his holdings in accordance with regulations. He has completed the handover of his work, and his departure will not affect the company's normal production and operations.
